Christian Bense is a London-based interior designer who launched his eponymous studio in 2020. His unconventional path into design stemmed from a long-held appreciation for composition and a practical, objective eye. Creating interiors that are elegant and refined, he balances contemporary and traditional influences, beginning every project with context to ensure purpose and cohesion throughout. Recognised for his thoughtful approach and striking aesthetic, he is a 1stDibs 50 Honoree, named on House & Garden’s Top 101, and was shortlisted for their Interior Designer of the Year award 2026.
