This calm, considered study design by De Rosee Sa reflects the studio’s focus on how we actually use a space—prioritising function without losing sight of atmosphere. Smart furniture and confident use of materials give the room a sense of focus, while subtle layers and personal touches add warmth, ideal for a modern home office.

Texture and tone define this quietly elegant workspace. We love the ‘Ivy’ rug by Amy Kent, a luxury hand-knotted wool design made in India. Its organic pattern—drawn from nature and reworked from pencil sketches—adds softness and story underfoot. The Deco frame by Braganti, in sterling silver with soft corners and fine linear engraving, is understated and timeless, and would make a thoughtful gift.
Lighting is kept soft and sculptural, thanks to the Mush Lamp by Jorge Suárez-Kilzi. Made by hand in Madrid from fibreglass, its simple form and slight irregularities add character without distraction. Scent is also part of the experience—Atlas Cedar Incense Cones by Earl of East evoke the fresh, crisp air of a mountain landscape, perfect for creating a calm, focused environment.
