The Story behind

A lifetime immersed in antiques and interiors

Maud Vaughan Interiors draws on a second-generation background in the antiques trade, shaped by early exposure to historic and decorative objects within a family business. Following a career working in the city and raising a family, Vanessa trained at Chelsea College of Art and Design and KLC in London, before launching the studio in 2020, which takes its name from founder Vanessa’s grandmother, herself an avid collector. The studio is guided by a personal approach to buying and curation, supported by a trusted network of antique, vintage, and art experts.

A tall, white textured vase with a feathery arrangement stands next to a wall adorned with a detailed tapestry depicting a forest scene with deer, trees, and foliage in warm, earthy tones.
Three unique lamps: one with a beige shade on a textured stone and wood base, and two round lamps with pleated off-white shades—one on the floor, one on a wooden stool—set against a neutral background.
