The Story behind

Four generations of expertise

Sulis Fine Art traces its origins to Benjamin Diamond, the founder of an early-20th-century picture-framing workshop in New York, working closely with artists and institutions. Passed down through generations, the business evolved into Sulis, now led by Benjamin’s grandson Bill and great-grandson Dan. Today, the studio operates from the edge of the Cotswolds, where a dedicated team of art historians, restorers, photographers, technicians and despatchers work to uncover, restore, and present original works with care and expertise.

The Story behind

Handwoven rugs with engaging design and expert collaboration

Founded in 2005, Amy began her studio with a mission to create beautiful, accessible, high-quality rugs. She travelled to India, where she partnered with a family-run studio in Bhadohi, later expanding to work with artisans in Nepal. These relationships remain central to the business today. Alongside her bespoke and ready-made lines, Amy has launched a recycled range and several brilliant collaborations with makers like Rapture & Wright and Daydress. Every collection is grounded in craftsmanship, sustainability, and a heartfelt sense of home.
