Founded by Elvira Wheaton in 2021, Clovelly Cloth grew from a deep admiration for the decorative richness of historical British textiles – flowing botanicals, woven ginghams, layered patterning and an unapologetic love of decoration. Elvira first began thinking about her own collection while living in sunny Clovelly in Sydney, before returning to the UK where she began working for Soane Britain, cementing her love of interiors and obsession with textiles. After a decade immersing herself in the interiors industry, she launched Clovelly Cloth, creating a collection of fabric, wallpaper and homewares inspired by historical design and a commitment to sustainable production.
Clovelly Cloth offers a collection of weaves and hand screen-printed fabrics and wallpapers, with guidance on suitability for curtains, blinds and upholstery. Bespoke colours and a full bespoke design service offered. Made-to-order lampshades available in all collection fabrics, with cushions made using offcuts to reduce waste. Samples available on request. International shipping available.

Martin Waller’s journeys have shaped the aesthetic that still defines the brand. Each piece reflects his belief that design has always been about more than attractive patterns and pieces, and is instead about reflecting a personal view on a subject. For him, this has often been describing a love of various places or peoples. “While many designers want to say something new, I want to say something old – to capture the flavour of an antique land and somehow bottle it.”
Andrew Martin offers an extensive in-stock selection, express delivery, and easy sample ordering. Their website allows for simple visualisation of fabrics. In partnership with Carma, they plant a tree for every order placed, supporting reforestation efforts and communities globally.

Franquemont was founded in 2023 by Svetlana Willems, inspired by a love of historic textiles discovered while renovating her 18th-century canal house in Amsterdam. Trained at Central Saint Martins and mentored by Emma Mawston, former Head of Design at Liberty Fabrics, she researches not only patterns, but also the colour, scale, context, and making of archival textiles. The result is rich, timeless fabrics and wallpapers that combine historic depth with contemporary craftsmanship.
Materials are responsibly sourced, and production is carefully managed to minimise waste. Fabrics are available as samples or by the metre, with wallpaper samples also available. International shipping is offered.

Founded in 2021 in Rajasthan by Isabella Valenzia, Pelican House was born from her passion for art history and textiles, and a desire to shine a light on the artisans behind handcrafted rugs. Seeing the lack of transparency and recognition in the global market, she set out to bridge the gap between buyers and the skills and traditions of India’s weaving communities. Joined by Creative Director India Holmes, she continues to champion craftsmanship, cultural heritage, and a more meaningful approach to design.
Rugs at Pelican House are available in bespoke colorways and sizes, crafted in close collaboration with clients. As proud partners of GoodWeave, every piece reflects ethical practice, ensuring fair pay, safe working conditions, and a child-labour-free supply chain.
